RAW SAUERKRAUT - TURMERIC AND BLACK PEPPER

This stunning golden kraut combines the warm, slightly bitter, taste of turmeric with the nutty and earthy flavour of cumin. Together, they create a well-rounded and aromatic taste profile that deepens the flavour of the sauerkraut.  Black pepper is added to boost the absorption of curcumin, considered to be the most important ingredient in turmeric.
