Kraut & Krunch kombucha is produced by hand, leaf to bottle. After brewing our base of certified organic tea and sugar, we use carefully selected dried herbs, roots and fruits to enhance flavour and medicinal value. Fermentation is halted when we’ve achieved the perfect balance of sweet and sour. We are proud of our commitment to using only whole, organic ingredients with no added nonsense.  Every bottle of 100% raw Kraut & Krunch kombucha is packed with naturally occurring live and active cultures including beneficial bacteria, yeasts, and organic acids.

We offer plain kombucha, as well as a variety of flavours. We are particularly proud to showcase some of the medicinal plants, fruits and flowers native to Africa.
