Shipping policy

DELIVERY TO MAJOR CENTRES IN GAUTENG ONLY
In order to preserve the cold chain, we are currently delivering to major centres in Gauteng only.  Orders will be delivered by local overnight express.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?  
Orders up to 5 kg carry a shipping fee of R160.  Orders above 5 kg carry a shipping fee of R200.  The shipping fees include the cost of gel ice packs. Shipping is free for orders over R1,000.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? 
Typically, orders are processed in 2-4 business days.  Our courier partners will collect directly from our warehouse and deliver to you by the following business day. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a suitable day for delivery. We will send you a waybill number.  Please use this tracking number for additional information and timing regarding your shipment. 

HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?
Your items are packed in a box of suitable size, with internal cushioning to prevent movement and gel ice packs to maintain the cold chain. In accordance with our values, packaging materials are reused where possible.  Please be sure to unpack and refrigerate as soon as you receive your parcel.
