Due to the complex temperature and packaging requirements for shipping ferments, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order, and provide us with the problem with your order, your order number, and your address and telephone.  We will contact you within 48 business hours. Your feedback is truly valued and we will do our best to make it right!
