KOMBUCHA - KUMQUAT AND BAOBAB

Our sparkling black tea kombucha, flavoured with whole kumquat fruit and baobab powder.  The entire kumquat fruit, including the peel and seeds, is edible. The flesh of kumquat is sour and tangy, but the peel is surprisingly sweet.  Baobab is both highly nutritious and an excellent source of fibre.  It has a very tart, citrus-like flavour.  A refreshing, zesty brew that tastes like sunshine!

Ingredients: certified organic black tea, certified organic raw white sugar, kumquat, baobab, mineral water
